V-Vee Essence is an artist, singer, songwriter, and MC with a passion for music rooted in her religious upbringing. She began singing in the choir, then went on to join school choruses and honors chorus. In high school, she performed a solo of "Lamentations of Jeremiah" at Carnegie Hall.
