Kids' Art Night Out provides parents an opportunity to have a night out on the town, or enjoy a quiet evening in, while their children enjoy a fun night at Emerge Gallery & Art Center! Kids will enjoy a pizza meal time and a variety of art activities! Art activities will include pottery, painting, printmaking, and more! We will end the event with a movie on the big screen and popcorn! Kids are encouraged to wear comfy clothes, and bring a blanket or sleeping bag, and a pillow for movie time. All films shown are PG or G rated. Open to ages 5 and up. For our Kids Art Night Out: Holiday Edition, we will have a special guest stop by in December...you know the Dude in the Red Suit for a photo booth session. Digital photos will be emailed out to the email used at registration. Children will be divided into two age appropriate classes. |
Additional Workshop Information
- Emerge asks that if anyone in your household is sick or showing signs of becoming sick, that you do not attend class.
- Individuals requesting accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should contact the Programs Director at paula@emergegallery.com at least two weeks prior to the start of class.
- Most of our studio classrooms are located on our second floor, however we are able to make all of our art opportunities available on the first floor if you are unable to walk upstairs. We ask that a request is made at least two weeks prior to the start of class.
Holiday Edition of Kids' Art Night Out
We will have a special guest stop by in December...you know the Dude in the Red Suit.
Santa will stop in for a photo booth session. Digital photos will be emailed out to the email used at registration.
Cost: $40 for first child, $15 for siblings for Emerge members
$55 for first child, $30 for siblings for non-members
Potter’s Wheel and Mixed Media Tree
While the kids are hanging out with us, they will get to make a bowl on the potter’s wheel as well as paint and collage a tree that you can display this holiday season or give as a gift. [Min. 4, Max. 20]
