In this session, we will explore the various options for the bottoms of pots. Discussions will include the technical and aesthetic concerns for making pots with and without feet. We will also consider other alternatives to trimming a foot because the footless doesn't mean unfinished. This class is for you if you want to learn how to make good glaze lines, ensure your pot is stable, and make your pots more distinctive with just the right foot. Topics include: Footless pots; Trimmed feet; Altered feet; Added feet. Potters should be able to center a pull 1-lb of clay
