The Pitt County Arts Council at Emerge is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to educate, inspire, and make the arts accessible to the entire community within Greenville, Pitt County, and the eastern North Carolina region. We offer art classes to children and adults, exhibitions, birthday parties and art activities for adults, as well as support to countywide arts organizations and artists.
