Birthday Party Info

We offer several party packages and art activities to choose from!  Packages and Art Activity options are listed below.  If you are interested in booking your child’s birthday with us, please contact Office Manager, Cathy Brown, at 551-6947 or cathy@pittcountyarts.org.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

O’Keefe Package Includes:  (1 hour total – activity only)

I hour room rental

Painted Pottery bowls or cups for each child (quantity 1 cup or 1 bowl per child)

(Please note: Instructor is not included. Staff assists in starting, but activity and party are self led)

Cost: $75 for 10 children ($5 for each extra child/participant)

 

Picasso Package Includes:  (1 hour total- activity only)

I hour art activity of your choice

Art supplies & Instructor

Party Invitations

(Please note: This package only includes a one our art activity and does not include room rental for party.)

Cost: $100 for 10 children ($10 for each extra child up to 20)

 

Monet Package Includes: (1 hour activity / 30min party / 30min clean up time – renters handle clean up)

I hour art activity of your choice

Art supplies & Instructor

Party Invitations

1-hour party room rental for you to host a party

(Time includes your clean up time- 30 minute party recommended)

(Please note: We do not supply food, decorations, or birthday party attendant for this package.)

Cost: $150 for 10 children ($10 for each extra child up to 20)

 

Rembrandt Package Includes:   (1 hour activity / 30min party /– set up & clean up done for you)

I hour art activity of your choice

All Decorations & All Paper Products

Birthday Cake, Ice Cream, Chips, Drinks

Decorated Birthday Party Room

Art Goodie Bags

All set up and clean up handled by PCAC at Emerge

Cost: $200 for 10 children ($10 for each extra child up to 20)

 

Add-ons:

  • If you would like to host your party for a longer time frame, extra rental time may be purchased in 30-minute increments for $50 per half hour.
  • If you have invited more children than the maximum allowed per instructor, an additional instructor or art activity can be purchased for $50.
  • If you are interested in hosting a party during the Pitt County Arts Council at Emerge’s closed hours, you may rent the facility for $100 per hour.  This fee covers opening, staff, and facility usage.

ART ACTIVITIES

(For Picasso, Monet, & Rembrandt Packages)

 Please note: you can choose from a variety of art activities including:

* The Potter’s Wheel (you must have 10 or less or hire a second instructor)

* Ceramic Handbuilding (Cupcakes, Animals, or Cylinders)

* Painting on Canvas Boards 8×10 size (Self Portraits, Favorite Animals, My Home, or My Family)

* Metal Design (Pendants, Key Chains, Pet Tags, or Necklace Charms) (you must have 10 or less or hire a second instructor)

* Jewelry (Paperbead bracelets or pendants with beaded necklaces)

* Photography (Cyanotype Photo Creations)

* Painted Pottery (Bisqueware that the children are able to paint w/ underglaze- bowls, cylinders or large ornaments)

* Painted Pottery & Handbuilding Combo

 

We offer parties for more than 20 children as well, please contact for details. We also offer parties for adults! Just ask!!!
